How often can you help us?

Boost your donation by 25% at no extra cost to you.

By ticking this box I agree that Action for Stammering Children can claim Gift Aid on 25% of the value of my donation, and any donations I make in the future or have made in the past four years to Action for Stammering Children. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference. By agreeing to Gift Aid, I confirm that any donation(s) given are my own and not part of a sponsorship or fundraising event.

If your details or tax status change, or you no longer wish for Action for Stammering Children to claim Gift Aid, please contact us on [email protected]

FAQs

  • There are several ways that you can make a donation to us:

    1. Make a one-off donation or set up a regular payment (direct debit) online
    2. Make a bank transfer – please get in touch with us directly
    3. Send us a cheque

Cheques can be sent to our offices:

  • Should you be intending to make a larger donation, we would love the opportunity to discuss this with you.

Donating via bank transfer or cheque allows us to minimise administrative overheads and enables us to reach more of the 8% of children who stammer, and their families, in need of support.

  • Gift aiding your donation is easy and makes a huge difference to a small charity like us.

You can tell us that you would like us to claim gift aid on your donation by doing any of the following:

    • Tick the gift aid box when you make an online donation using the donation form above
    • You can complete a gift aid declaration online
    • You can contact us if you’d like us to send a hard copy of the gift aid declaration in the post.
  • Thank you for considering a legacy gift to Action for Stammering Children.

We would very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you. To start the conversation, please get in touch with Joe Hipgrave.

In the meantime, you might find it helpful to visit our legacy giving page.
