We are excited to announce an important update to our Support Hub operations to better serve our community.
As of 1st April 2026, the Support Hub Advisor will be online at the following times:
Monday 9am – 12noon
Tuesday 9am – 12noon & 12.30 – 2.30pm
Wednesday 9am – 12.30
Thursday 9am – 12.30
Friday 9am – 12noon
The knowledge articles are available 24/7 of course!
We hope these additional hours make it easier for you to reach out and connect with our team. We look forward to welcoming more of you with our extended availability.
Easter Office Closure 2026
Our office will be closed from Friday 3 April to Monday 6 April. We’ll be back in action on Tuesday 7 April ready to continue our work supporting children who stammer!
