We are taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge 2020
Where one donation, creates twice the impact
We are taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge this year! It’s a brilliant way to support Action for Stammering Children, by simply donating online. The campaign works by doubling your donation during the week from the 1st – 8th December. Any money raised this week will go towards funding the helpline at the Michael Palin Centre, which has been integral for parents over the last national lockdown during 2020.

“Lockdowns have increased the pressure on many charities. Action for Stammering Children, which I support, has seen a huge increase in calls to their helpline as many children who stammer have found it hard to adapt to a world of facemasks and lessons over Zoom. The costs of keeping open vital services like the Michael Palin Centre for Stammering Children remain the same every year but fundraising is so much harder when you can’t bring people together. That’s why I’m urging people to support Action for Stammering Children through the Big Give this year as it doubles every donation and will help us support children who stammer through a very difficult time.”
