Legacies

Legacies are a thoughtful, generous and effective way of providing funds for Action for Stammering Children to support future generations of children and young people who need our help. Leaving a legacy will help make sure we can meet the needs of children and young people for many years to come.

ASC recommends that you consult a solicitor when considering a legacy in your Will.

The advantage of using a solicitor is that they have the expertise to ensure your Will accurately reflects your wishes and takes into account up to date legislation such as inheritance tax.
