BBC Radio 4 Appeal

As we celebrate our 30th anniversary this year, we’re delighted to announce that Action for Stammering Children has been selected for the BBC Radio 4 Charity Appeal.

You can now listen to the appeal and donate here.

From Sunday 14th April you can hear ASC Vice President and long time supporter, Sir Michael Palin, read our appeal at 7.54am and 9.25pm. The appeal will also repeat at 3.27pm on Thursday 18th.

On the day of recording, Michael was also joined by ASC Youth Panelist, Phoebe, where the two discussed Phoebe’s inspiring journey with a stammer. Please click on the short video below to hear the interview:

As it’s the 30th anniversary of the charity we want to reach more children and young people across the UK and this appeal will be a huge step in helping us achieve this. Please tune in on the 14th April and donate.
